* The Buyer shall notify the Seller of the withdrawal from the purchase and sale agreement in one of the following ways: by filling out the withdrawal form* or by submitting a clear statement setting out his decision to withdraw from the agreement. The notification of withdrawal from the agreement shall be sent by e-mail to eshop@elevita.lt. Upon receipt of the Buyer's notification, the Seller shall inform the Buyer of the receipt of the notification.
* When returning the goods, the Buyer must indicate the sender's address and properly package the goods so that they are not damaged during shipping. The goods are considered properly packaged when they are placed in additional outer packaging (placed in a box, bag, wrapped in paper, etc.) and this packaging is tightly closed (for example, taped). If the returned goods are fragile or fragile, they must be additionally protected from impacts by wrapping them in several layers of paper, cloth or bubble wrap and then placed in the outer packaging of the parcel (box, bag, paper). The Seller is not responsible for parcels that were sent by the Buyer in improper packaging, with an incorrect address, as well as if the parcels were lost or damaged during return to the Seller.
* The Buyer can return the Goods by delivering them directly to the branded stores of UAB "Elevita". The Buyer can separately agree on the conditions with the Seller by phone or e-mail eshop@elevita.lt.
* The goods can also be returned through omniva parcel machines. How to return items from the store https://elevita.lt via Omniva parcel machines:
1. Fill out the return form: Omniva returns
2. Pack the returned item and place it in the Omniva parcel machine.
3. Money for the returned items is transferred within 10 business days from the time the items are delivered to the e-store eshop@elevita.lt
Requirements for the returned package: not less than 2x9x14 cm and not more than 38x64x39cm. Maximum weight of the returned item: 30 kg.
* Money for the returned Items is returned to the Buyer only by bank transfer to the Buyer's bank account, regardless of whether the Buyer paid for the Items by bank transfer or in cash. The Seller does not make cash payments.
