Terms and conditions of use

ELEVITA online store www.elevita.lt rules:

1. General provisions
1.1. These rules for the purchase and sale of goods (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules"), after their approval by the Buyer (by checking the box when purchasing goods that you agree to the "elevita.lt" rules), are a legal document binding on the parties, which establishes the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the terms of purchase and payment for goods, the procedure for delivery and return of goods, the liability of the parties and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of goods in the "elevita.lt" online store.
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend or supplement the Rules at any time, taking into account the requirements established by law.

2. Protection of personal data
2.1. Any information related to personal data and which is registered in "elevita.lt" is considered confidential and not made public.

3. Buyer's rights
3.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the "elevita.lt" online store in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.
3.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale of goods concluded with the "elevita.lt" online store by notifying the Seller in writing (by e-mail, indicating the desired return of the goods and the order number) no later than within 7 (seven) business days from the date of delivery of the item, only if the goods are of poor quality or damaged, if they have not been used.

4. Buyer's obligations
4.1. The Buyer must pay for the goods and accept them in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules. 4.2. The Buyer must correctly indicate his contact details.

5. Seller's rights
5.1. If the Buyer attempts to harm the stability and security of elevita.lt or violates its obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without warning limit or suspend the Buyer's ability to use the ELEVITA online store or, in exceptional cases, cancel the Buyer's registration.
5.2. The Seller has the right to cancel the Buyer's order without prior notice if the Buyer, having chosen the payment method specified in clause 7.2.1. of the Rules, does not pay for the goods within 3 (three) days.

6. Seller's obligations
6.1. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's right to privacy to personal information belonging to him, specified in the registration form of the online shopping center.
6.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by him under the conditions specified in clause 8 of the Rules.
6.3. The Seller, due to important circumstances, is unable to deliver the ordered goods to the Buyer, undertakes to offer an analogous or as similar product as possible in terms of its characteristics. If the Buyer refuses to accept an analogous or as similar product as possible in terms of its characteristics, the Seller undertakes to return the money paid to the Buyer within 5 (five) business days, if an advance payment was made.

7. Prices of goods, payment procedure and terms
7.1. Prices of goods in the online store and in the formed order are indicated in euros including VAT.
7.2. The order amount must be at least 10 EUR (excluding taxes).
7.3. The Buyer pays for the goods in the following way:
7.3.1. Payment through the Paysera.lt system, when the Buyer, having chosen the desired bank, pays money to the Elevita bank account.
7.4. When paying by the payment method provided for in clause 7.3.1., the Buyer undertakes to pay immediately. In the above cases, taking into account the Seller's right provided for in clause 5.2 of the Rules, only upon receipt of payment for the goods shall the parcel of goods be formed and the delivery term of the goods be calculated.

8. Delivery of Goods
8.1. When ordering the goods, the Buyer undertakes to indicate the place of delivery of the goods and a contact telephone number. The goods are delivered only in Lithuania. The Buyer must indicate his exact address to which the courier could deliver the goods on weekdays from 8 am to 5 pm and at which the Buyer would be reachable. If the goods are not delivered to the Buyer due to the Buyer's fault (incorrect contact details, the Buyer is not reachable), the Buyer undertakes to pay an additional fee of 2 euros for repeated delivery of the goods. If the goods are not delivered to the Buyer due to the Buyer's fault, they are returned to the UAB Elevita warehouse at Vilties g. 11, Kuprioniškės, Vilnius.
8.2. The Buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that the Buyer is unable to accept the goods himself, and the goods are delivered to the specified address and based on other data provided by the Buyer, the Buyer has no right to make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to an inappropriate entity.
8.3. The Goods are delivered by the Seller or its authorized representative.
8.4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods to the Buyer within the terms specified in the descriptions of the goods. These terms do not apply in cases where the Seller does not have the necessary goods in stock, and the Buyer is informed about the shortage of the goods ordered by him. At the same time, the Buyer agrees that in exceptional cases the delivery of the goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller's control. In such a case, the Seller undertakes to immediately contact the Buyer and agree on the delivery of the goods
